The Answers You Need

 

CLEANLINESS

All items are clean and ready for use. All items except linen (which must be aired to prevent mildew) must be returned clean or an extra charge will be levied for cleaning.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Hire orders cancelled whilst being delivered will incur a fee commensurate with the cost incurred by us. Cancellation of a hire items once delivered is not refunded.

TERMS

Unless you have an account with us, full payment is required prior or on receipt of goods.

CREDIT CARDS

Most credit cards accepted. There is no credit card fee on credit cards.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION

Deliveries are on Thursdays. Prices do not include freight; Full payment is required prior to collection or before delivery as our drivers are unable to collect payment. Please ask our staff for a quotation.

DEPOSITS

On some hire items a booking deposit is required which is forfeited if the item is cancelled. Booking deposits are sometimes converted to security deposits when goods are actually on hire. The deposit only covers cost of damage or replacement to the value of the deposit, the customer paying the balance. Drivers do not refund security deposits when picking up goods. This is the responsibility of office staff who may, if necessary, send the deposit back within approximately 7-14 days. This allows time to check goods. The deposit is GST FREE.
